Manchester United midfielder Anderson is being linked with a shock move to Burnley.

The Daily Mail says sources are suggesting Burnley have made an approach to United about taking the Brazilian on-loan.

Anderson is available from United and turned down a move to Flamengoa fortnight ago.

Burnley would require United to cover the majority of Anderson's £60,000-a-week wages for any chance of a deal being successful.

The Mail on Sunday says Real have enquired about the striker's availability in case they miss out on Radamel Falcao.

The Mexican is out of favour at Old Trafford and was an unused substitute in the victory against Burnley on Saturday.

Falcao's future is set to be resolved in the next day or two after he was left out of Monaco's squad to play Lille on Saturday.
