Hoffenheim have signed Swiss forward
Steven Zuber from Russian champions CSKA Moscow, the Bundesliga club
said Thursday.
Zuber, 22, receives a four-year contract until 2018 at Hoffenheim,
who came ninth in the past season and start the league season on
August 23 against Augsburg.
No financial details were given, but German news reports estimated
the transfer fee at 3.5 million euros (4.7 million dollars).
The former Swiss under-21 international and 2012 Olympics player
Zuber spent one year in Moscow after starting his professional career
at Swiss side Grasshoppers.
